Investigation, planning, and design of water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure
Providing technical input across projects while supporting project management and delivery outcomes
Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development activities
Guiding and coaching junior engineers in a collaborative, knowledge‑sharing environment
Senior Principal/Technical Director Opportunity
For those operating at a more senior level, this role offers scope to take on broader technical leadership and strategic influence across our Three Waters portfolio.
This includes:
Providing technical direction and oversight across complex stormwater projects
Acting as a trusted technical advisor to clients and internal stakeholders
Playing a key role in shaping design standards, approaches, and innovation within the team
Supporting business development, client strategy, and longer‑term capability building
Mentoring engineers across different levels and helping grow a high‑performing team
