- Support professional development within our team of Civil Engineers and Designers through mentorship and guidance in an environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
- Maintain existing client relationships and drive business development initiatives such as leveraging your existing network and identifying opportunities to enhance HG’s future project prospects.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies to enhance our digital intelligence capabilities.
- Work alongside the National Land Development Manager in the implementation of the regional strategic business plan including growth strategy, business development, marketing strategies and budget targets as well as demonstrating and embedding values and expected behaviours.
- Be a recognised urban development leader, stay up to date with industry changes or amendments and relay these changes across the business.
